I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding — they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even offering water as I was recovering from the end of an asthma attack. The doctor was not only professional and knowledgeable, but above all, he was kind. That combination of expertise and genuine compassion made a big difference in my visit. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of being warmly greeted by Karen at the front desk. Once checked in I sat down. After about 3 mins I was called back. Now I was not late either and my wait was very short. My vitals were taken by a wonderful young lady, unfortunately I do not remember her name. She and I had good conversation and some good laughs. She left and said she would send the doctor in. My visit with AllerVie was amazing the nurse and receptionist were polite and friendly. Dr. Juan Mas, is absolutely amazing! He treated me like my problem was the only problem in the world and showed he cared. Took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely stay with this office!
The staff were very informative and kind. The doctor and staff were fast and got me in and out quickly. Will definitely come back if I need to in the future!
My daughter had an allergic reaction to food while we were traveling. When we came back we contacted our allergist. They were able to get us in the next day and ordered tests. The PA was attentive and did an excellent chart review. She was also very kind and considerate.
