Had my first visit today, although I love the doctor and the nurse. I can’t say much for the front desk very rude very short very Curt. Treated me like they were doing me a huge favor by allowing me to be there. It was a very weird vibe. Did not like it at all will not be returning. I found a different doctor and Nocatee.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding — they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even offering water as I was recovering from the end of an asthma attack. The doctor was not only professional and knowledgeable, but above all, he was kind. That combination of expertise and genuine compassion made a big difference in my visit. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very personable. The receptionist put a lot of effort into making sure my insurance was going to work with the office. Despite the time she put in, my insurance company still gave her incorrect information and I paid more than I was supposed to. She gave me all the names and reference numbers of the agents with whom she'd been speaking so I could further address it with my insurer. I saw Dr Mas and he was attentive and knowledgeable. All in all, my visit was helpful in my plight dealing with a new food allergy.

Dr Mas and all of his staff are very professional and thorough. The office staff followed up with my doctor's referral the same day it was issued making an appt convenient with my work schedule within 2 weeks! They even called me with an earlier appt but it didn't work with my work schedule. Dr. Mas asked my history and what I was currently taking for these miserable allergies. I had the pleasure of being warmly greeted by Karen at the front desk. Once checked in I sat down. After about 3 mins I was called back. Now I was not late either and my wait was very short. My vitals were taken by a wonderful young lady, unfortunately I do not remember her name. She and I had good conversation and some good laughs. She left and said she would send the doctor in.
