I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding — they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even offering water as I was recovering from the end of an asthma attack. The doctor was not only professional and knowledgeable, but above all, he was kind. That combination of expertise and genuine compassion made a big difference in my visit. Highly recommend!
Had my first visit today, although I love the doctor and the nurse. I can’t say much for the front desk very rude very short very Curt. Treated me like they were doing me a huge favor by allowing me to be there. It was a very weird vibe. Did not like it at all will not be returning. I found a different doctor and Nocatee.
Everyone was very personable. The receptionist put a lot of effort into making sure my insurance was going to work with the office. Despite the time she put in, my insurance company still gave her incorrect information and I paid more than I was supposed to. She gave me all the names and reference numbers of the agents with whom she'd been speaking so I could further address it with my insurer. I saw Dr Mas and he was attentive and knowledgeable. All in all, my visit was helpful in my plight dealing with a new food allergy.
I called on Wednesday and the receptionist heard how desperate I was to be seeen as soon as possible and said MONDAY?” When I saw the MA she was ok,it’s and empathetic to how sensitive my lungs were. The NP was great!! She spoke to me with a clear plan on moving forward with getting my asthma under control.
Dr Mas and all of his staff are very professional and thorough. The office staff followed up with my doctor's referral the same day it was issued making an appt convenient with my work schedule within 2 weeks! They even called me with an earlier appt but it didn't work with my work schedule. Dr. Mas asked my history and what I was currently taking for these miserable allergies.
