The staff was professional, welcoming and friendly with little wait time. I saw Penny for the first time at this practice although I knew here from another - was very happy she was on board. Dr. Mas also was a tremendous help for me initially in finding a treatment for a long-standing chronic issue. Highly recommend AllerVie Health in Palm Coast!
Please DO NOT use this company! They charged me almost 1k back in March that they shouldn't have and I'm still fighting with their billing department to get a refund! They keep claiming they'll send a check when I paid in office with an HSA card! 7 months I've been waiting for this refund and no sign of anything! I'm disabled and this money is supposed to be getting me getting access to proper specialists. I'm reporting them to the BBB, FTC, and State Attorney General because this is poor business practice. I had the best first experience at Allergic Health on Palm Coast. The staff are very welcoming, and the doctor is wonderful knowledgeable. The doctor answers all my questions. My next appointment is to do some tests.
Dr. Mas makes sure to explain everything and takes his time to make sure things are done right! I come in weekly for allergy shots and Owie is the funniest but most effective nurse I’ve ever had.
Staff is very friendly and happy! Dr. Mas is kind and listens carefully. He gives clear instructions and suggestions for treatment. I was very happy with my visit!
