My daughters appointment today was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Reed was patient, answered all my questions and very informative. We were seen in a timely manner and treated as humans, not a scheduled pay day. If you have allergies and need help, this is the perfect place to go.
I appreciate the doctor we just got to know, who provided care at our son's latest appointment. What a great doctor she is! While it was very frustrating to find things were not taken care of properly in the past and even in follow up calls, I appreciate her desire to make things right and do what is best for our son. She is excellent with young children, someone who would be great in a pediatric hospital, but I am grateful she chose to work here instead, where someone with her care and understanding of children is very need... read more
Lovely experience. The dark skin lady was rude at the front desk..the other white young lady was exceptionally helpful. Dr Reed’s nurse was overly helpful. Dr Reed showed a sincere concern in helping to find out my problems..test strips are ordered, we will go from there.
I was very pleased with the entire operation at AllerVie. The staff was very friendly and seemed to know their stuff. Dr. Reed was a delight. He was informative, he listened, and he seemed very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will!
The staff was prompt checking me in and my wait time was very short. Dr. Westbrooks nurse was very friendly and professional in going over my medical history and taking my vitals. Dr Westbrook was very caring and spent the time necessary to ensure she could address my issues. She is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend her if you are in need of a good allergy doctor.
