Me and my daughter are always meet with a smiling face and voice. I absolutely love the staff who are joyful and all around present the best customer service ever but my daughter’s doctor is very understanding and personable. I would recommend them to any and everyone that deals with allergies and your family practitioner can not help.

The nurse practitioner that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. Walked me through all my options, and I was able to get results immediately that she explained very well. All other staff and nurses were pleasant. Would recommend

I have been going to Premier allergist for the last year for allergy shots. While the doctors are good and the receptionist is helpful, I have had seen too many mistakes occur and the office randomly closes without much prior notice. For someone trying to arrange shots to their schedule, it is extremely frustrating to have this occur. It has become common for me to show up to a closed office or one that has signs up saying no appointments or shots that day. Wonderful experience in 8 years with them very organized n timely. Will say need to fix computers cause it steady kicks my phone number n e- mail out so I doc off that day I show up cause everything wrong in computer over n over that’s why it’s a 4

Brought my teenager in for an appointment, spent two minutes explaining to the front desk that his name was legally changed, provided the insurance card, talked about how nice the name was, etc. A few minutes later, we are called back by the tech and he uses the dead name. My child walked out crying, the office offered no apology, no acknowledgement, really seemed intentional.
