My first visit ever to an allergy/immunology clinic. Five stars. Dr. Lewis and assistant Tia took good care of me. Highly recommend. :)
I will add one star because the Doctor and Nurse are great. Otherwise Allervie and their computer system are not worth dealing with. As new patients we were asked to fill out new patient forms that took at least 30 minutes. Then we showed up for our first appointment only to be asked to redo this as 'we moved to a new system '. So we had to spend another 30 minutes then wait for the doctor to fit us in as this was way past our appointment time. Went for my checkup today and everything went well. It was my first time seeing Ronald Caperale PA...he was very thorough, concerned and compassionate. Tia was awesome as well, administering my breathing test. I always dread that part of the appt but she made it to where it wasn't too bad... thanks a lot!
Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We have been a patient for 5 years. Dr Lewis is always able to tell me new updates in the allergy world, new medicines, and treatments! She is a wonderful advocate for what is appropriate and affordable for our family.
The entire staff was friendly and welcoming! Dr. Lewis was very thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. I feel so hopeful about finally getting help with my allergies! Highly recommend!!
