Tiffany Ceslok has been phenomenal in trying to get my prescription approved through Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has been fighting on my behalf for over 2 months. She has very closely followed all contact with the insurance and kept me fully informed as to the status. I am now aware of how complicated and convoluted it is to convince insurance companies to pay for atypical medical prescriptions. Thank you Tiffiny.
