Had a wonderful experience here. Was able to get an appointment for my daughter pretty quickly. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly. The nurse was also very friendly and helpful, she made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dr. Rucker is truly amazing!!! I’m so grateful that we found her. It felt great to have a doctor really take my concerns seriously and take her time to investigate to try and get bottom of what is affecting my child. Dr Rucker spent a lot of time with me. She did a through check up and addressed areas of concern with compassion. Ordered some imaging and bloodwork. I felt well cared for. Would highly recommend her.
My daughter has been a patient at AllerVie Health for 3 years. She sees Dr. Rucker and also goes to the office once a week for allergy shots. Everyone there is always do wonderful. They are also always very professional and pay close attention to her health. We have at least a hour drive to the closest office but it’s worth the time in my day to know my daughter is well taken care of!
Amazing doctor staff is so friendly and professional . Dr. Rucker was able to do something My other doctor couldn’t do in over 22 years. Her knowledge was superior to any of my other 8 doctors ,she found out what was wrong with me in only 2 visits. I was being used by the other doctors for my insurance and she was able to get me the correct medicine , and now I haven’t been sick for over 2 years , not even a simple cold have I had since I have seen Dr. Rucker
Dr. Rucker and her staff were personable and efficient. She took her time and fully evaluated my situation before recommending treatment and follow-up. Comfortable and positive environment.
