I would take this office to small claims court but it cost $90 to file over a $45 dispute. It's not the money it's the principal. Don't say call nobody returns calls!!!!!!!

If you're at your wits end, this group will drive in to multiple allergy complications and get you on the road to feeling better. No quick fix, nutrition choices, household updates and medicine(s) has been my experience. I have 33 environmental year-round chronic, persistent, continuous allergies and 7 food allergies. There's hope..Every season is a surprise for me..

My appointment was basically all waiting. I went in for a 20 minute allergy test. I had been there for an hour and a half. I had finally finished my test. And they put me in a room to be seen by the doctor one last time. The doctor didn't come for 20 minutes. So I left! THIS OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME.

My daughter's appointment time was 11:30am, we arrived at 11:15 am 15 minutes early as instructed and at 12:14 pm the doctor has still not seen us while I hear them laughing and talking about non medical related gossip in the next room. I'm very disappointed that my time is not being respected. I'm a working mother that needs to return to work. I paid a $50 copay and would have been charged if I was late or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice but they see no problem with leaving us waiting for 45 minutes and then thank ... read more

My toddler has environmental allergies which they tested, told us what to do and not to and why it's happening. Got to know lot more things about allergies. Thanks for the team who were kind to explain it with great patience.
