My daughter's appointment time was 11:30am, we arrived at 11:15 am 15 minutes early as instructed and at 12:14 pm the doctor has still not seen us while I hear them laughing and talking about non medical related gossip in the next room. I'm very disappointed that my time is not being respected. I'm a working mother that needs to return to work. My appointment was basically all waiting. I went in for a 20 minute allergy test. I had been there for an hour and a half. I had finally finished my test. And they put me in a room to be seen by the doctor one last time. The doctor didn't come for 20 minutes. So I left! THIS OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME.

Debbie is so personable and always takes time to chat with my son. She provides thorough answers for all my questions and never rushes us.

Glad I was able to have an appt. Within a week of symptoms. The staff explained things well. APRN was helpful, open to questions, explained things well. Staff courteous, and good customer service skills. Need to return for results. Be aware must be off of antihistamines for 3 days prior to testing. Thank you to all the staff

It was my first visit to AllerVie Health today. Deborah and her staff were totally amazing. Their dedication and concern for patient needs was incredible. It was refreshing to see a medical team take the time needed to provide excellent patient care.
