I am not a happy and satisfied customer. I used them 2-3 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Not sure if the management is changed now, but the staff that was talked to me wasn’t polite at all. I was told one thing and on the day of move things were not communicated to the movers properly. I am unhappy.
