Every single person in the office is fantastic. From the moment you say hi. The reception staff, doctors, physicians assistants, X-ray tech. All of them are lovely. Needing medical attention is not what anyone wants, but if you need an orthopedic office, this is the one. Would recommend to anyone, anytime. I've had back issues for years and this is hands down the nicest staff I have ever dealt with. The bosses must be great because the staff seems very happy to be there and help patients with whatever their needs are.
I found Alliance Orthopedics through a Google Search & I am so happy that I did! Dr. Shah listens to his patients and is very thorough with each appointment. I was seen at both the Randolph & Bloomfield locations, and both of my experiences were wonderful. The staff in both locations are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Although everyone there seems really nice and polite. You should really tell your patients ahead of time if you don’t cover their insurance and not when they walk in. A lot of us make these appointments ahead of time and wait for them so we can get the help we need. At any point before I arrived a call or email stating that they couldn’t take my insurance would have been greatly appreciated as after the fact, I’m still in pain, and now need to find/wait even longer for a place who will take my insurance and be able to book a... read more
Alliance Orthopedics is my go to place for the rest of my life!!! What a well done oiled machine they are. They are the future!!! One place for everything. From the Doctors to the Pt,Ot,Chiropractor and Athletic trainer that you see at every visit is amazing!!!!
The front desk is friendly and helpful, always happy and smiling! All of the nurses, techs, therapists have been knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. The doctors take the time to fully explain and educate and are patient in answering questions and calming any fears and concerns. I highly recommend!
