Terrible service if I could give them 0 stars, I would! I had my roof done a little over a year ago and I have a leak that’s damaging ceiling in my house (pics attached) I’ve been calling the company to come and fix it and they have not! On top of their terrible customer service when they first started my roof, they charged me $5000 extra which was not part of our original agreement stating they needed more supplies they are the professionals they should’ve taken that into account before starting. Marko and his team were absolutely great. My husband and I had our siding done which unfortunately had damaged wood under old siding. Marko worked with us to repair it and gave us a great prices. He even fixed the leaking roof that had been done recently by another company. We would definitely recommend Allied and Marko to everyone. The job was done quick and we were respected.
STAY AWAY from this con artist! I hired to inspect and repair the chimney. They climbed up to inspect, took photos and gave me the price we agreed on. They started knocked down the chimney from the top and STOPPED in the middle of freezing winter temperature and asked more money claiming that it needed to be rebuilt rather than repaired. They refused to work and left when I said it wasn’t something we agreed on with now open chimney and no heat.
Crooks. Thieves. Fraudsters. This is the company everyone warns you about. I hired Allied Home Improvement to repair an exterior brick wall in May of 2022. Marco said they would need a deposit to cover the cost of materials, so I wrote them a check. The check cleared, and that was that. I have a gazebo that is over 25 years old and needed a new roof. The existing cedar shake shingles were falling apart. While other contractors offered to replace the roof with standard asphalt shingles, which might have been easier, Marco suggested that we try going with new cedar shake shingles and restore the integrity of the gazebo.
