Dr. LONG did a great job extracting 2 of my upper teeth today! Very gentle and talked me through the whole operation. Very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend 👌
absolutely worst clinic I went to. horrible front desk services. This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I had a root canal retreatment done by an endodontist and needed to start my crown prep. I already had a filling scheduled for the opposite side of my mouth and attempted calling them several times on different days through out the week. Their call center system is a disaster. I left a bad review late last night but talking to my son in more detail fluoride treatment was not used without my consent. I apologize, and I will definitely take my kids there again. Staff was amazing!
The staff were amazing, however, I left before they did my two fillings. The room they put me in was not clean at all. All of the sterilized tools for my procedure were placed on a paper on top of a very dirty counter top. Most of the surfaces in the room had not been wiped down in some time it appeared, and I just did not feel comfy having the procedure in that room. I walked out before my procedure, and I'm changing my insurance to go back to my old dentist. Sorry Allington, but this was a big no no for me.
Sweetest staff. Kind and patient with all 5 of my children 13 to 2 years old. Conversation with them was exactly why they did so well sitting in their chair and letting them work on them. Happy to have them as providers of dental work for my children.
