I had the best experience at Allington Dental on Bell Street today. I had received a bill that I'd already paid for on my bank card the day of the service. So I went into Allington Dental on Bell and I spoke with Linda at the front desk and she got the billing department on the phone and everything was handled smoothly within a few minutes I thank her for her service she's always so kind and gracious and so professional she truly makes this office a joy to come to. absolutely worst clinic I went to. horrible front desk services. This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I had a root canal retreatment done by an endodontist and needed to start my crown prep. I already had a filling scheduled for the opposite side of my mouth and attempted calling them several times on different days through out the week. Their call center system is a disaster. Had a good and smooth time at Allington!! They were able to squeeze me in after some complications due to some rescheduling conflicts and I really appreciated that. Everyone in there is friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Leslie, my Hygienist. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and educating me in areas I wasn’t so knowledgeable in. Also recommending best practices to help maintain my teeth down the road. She’s a star in that office and Allington is so lucky to have her! Thank you Allington
My first visit. I was not disappointed. They worked tiresly to verify my insurance (I submitted it wrong). Everyone I was in contact with were very nice. I appreciate that.
Always kind and helpful. She answered my questions about insurance coverage very easily and without annoyance. (Even when I got weird about the total)
