My two boys had treatment done today, and said it was the best dental visit they’ve had in a long time! We came during a super busy spring break week, and the team still made everything run smoothly. When you schedule online you are given the option to enter medical and insurance information online to save time. I did it, just to learn the day off the appointment, they had to wait for the insurance to be confirmed. At that point, we had to reschedule because I had only 1hr to go to work. The day of the next appt they asked me to fill again my medical history, although I told them I had done it online. Bottom line, there is plenty room to improve efficiency in this place. The cleaning was good
The hygienist and dentists that treated us were WONDERFUL! They were kind, efficient, and trustworthy. The only issue I would have is the room where they do cleanings with several patients at a time could use some curtains for privacy. After 2 previous dental offices not being kind or trustworthy, we definitely recommend Allington Dental.
I had the best experience at Allington Dental on Bell Street today. I had received a bill that I'd already paid for on my bank card the day of the service. So I went into Allington Dental on Bell and I spoke with Linda at the front desk and she got the billing department on the phone and everything was handled smoothly within a few minutes I thank her for her service she's always so kind and gracious and so professional she truly makes this office a joy to come to.
