Great husband & wife team that run this facility. Able to quickly get the storage locker I needed. They drove me around to find the right size and ensured I could lock/unlock w/my arthritis. Good location in Alameda and reasonably priced.
I got an inside unit, it was dirty with spiders and spider webs when I first saw it, easy enough to brush off with a broom myself, but there’s a wet musty smell throughout the indoors area and my unit. The indoors hallway had dead bugs and dirt - hoping they increase cleanliness inside. All staff I’ve talked to have been very helpful though and I was able to move stuff into my unit the same day I called to rent one. Facility feels secure with a gate. Lonnie & Lynn were very kind and accommodating! I forgot my lock, and they were nice enough to let me borrow one. I'l be returning it very soon, but I really appreciate their help and great customer service!
Staff were helpful, friendly, and supportive. Be warned they can increase rent by 60% approximately every 6 months.
My storage unit was 30% smaller than advertised. This is my 5x6 storage unit
