Don't go!!! They kept raising the rent for no good reason. There was no improved service or property quality for the ever increasing rent. Started out somewhere around $139 I finally left after close to 10 years and a final rent increase close to $200 for nothing. Find a self-storage close to another so you can play them off each other. When they unreasonably raise the rent leave and go to the other. My new strategy is to switch locations back and forth between 6 to 9 months depending on the rent increase. Tricia was so helpful, understanding and patient in helping me set up my rental! Moving across the country from the east coast has had its share of stresses. She was amazing and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for personal and caring attention!
We've rented trucks several times now and have had a great experience. The pick up and drop off are super easy and the truck is always clean and in good shape. There are closer u-haul locations to us, but we go out of the way to this one because of the amazing service!
The managers are the sweetest and the storage is the safest I have used in the longest time. I chose this place since my Ex had a wonderful experience renting space here in the past. I highly recommend this storage facility.
