Lonnie & Lynn were very kind and accommodating! I forgot my lock, and they were nice enough to let me borrow one. I'l be returning it very soon, but I really appreciate their help and great customer service!
I got an inside unit, it was dirty with spiders and spider webs when I first saw it, easy enough to brush off with a broom myself, but there’s a wet musty smell throughout the indoors area and my unit. The indoors hallway had dead bugs and dirt - hoping they increase cleanliness inside. All staff I’ve talked to have been very helpful though and I was able to move stuff into my unit the same day I called to rent one. Facility feels secure with a gate. Lonnie and Lynn run an excellent place! They are efficient and helpful - really Great place for storage services. Jane
Don't go!!! They kept raising the rent for no good reason. There was no improved service or property quality for the ever increasing rent. Started out somewhere around $139 I finally left after close to 10 years and a final rent increase close to $200 for nothing. Find a self-storage close to another so you can play them off each other. When they unreasonably raise the rent leave and go to the other. My new strategy is to switch locations back and forth between 6 to 9 months depending on the rent increase.
