I was not ready for the two owners bright smiling faces when I stepped into their office - what a breath of fresh air in an industry usually riddled with shady practices and terrible service. Top notch, super clean facility and professional friendly owners who care about their customers and take pride in their business. Will gladly use them again even if I end up living further away. Wow what an amazing surprise !
Lonnie and Lynn were very kind and helpful in getting me a storage space this perfect for what my needs. They gave me a great price on the storage area I needed and were very helpful and setting me up with the contract and everything else that goes along with it cuz I was able to secure my storage area with very little input on my part they are great I recommend that anyone who's looking for storage go to all safe storage and visit with Lonnie and Van and they will help you out it's great thank you
Lonnie & Lynn were very kind and accommodating! I forgot my lock, and they were nice enough to let me borrow one. I'l be returning it very soon, but I really appreciate their help and great customer service!
Great husband & wife team that run this facility. Able to quickly get the storage locker I needed. They drove me around to find the right size and ensured I could lock/unlock w/my arthritis. Good location in Alameda and reasonably priced.
The staff are really nice, wonderful and helpful and the space feels safe and secure. Dates are great and they walk you through any questions. I highly recommend!
