They actually listened to what my concerns were and were very patient and accommodating. There has not been a moment where their demeanor or follow through has lacked. I have been a customer at Allsafe Self-Storage for a little over a decade. During the whole time they have never disappointed me. The outside grounds and inside the building are kept immaculately clean. Michelle is the new Manager there, she is awesome! I love her sunny disposition, professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the storage business. I’m extremely impressed with Allsafe Storage and you will be too!
This place is one of the greatest spots I've ever rented from. What really makes this place special is the staff members they have currently working there great people and very understanding. Current manager is respectful, understanding and compassionate of her customers. My name is Frank Skelly and I rented storage at all safe in San Leandro and we have a new manager here. Who seems to be doing a great job because the last one. Not so good, but she doesn't put up with stuff, but she treats you fairly. Came up and introduced yourself the 1st day that she came on and I told her a little lot of stuff going on.
