I am thoroughly impressed by your staff at All-Safe San Leandro. From the first time I made contact with a human; Maria Elena and Katie were kind and thoughtful. They actually listened to what my concerns were and were very patient and accommodating. There has not been a moment where their demeanor or follow through has lacked. I have been a customer at Allsafe Self-Storage for a little over a decade. During the whole time they have never disappointed me. The outside grounds and inside the building are kept immaculately clean. Michelle is the new Manager there, she is awesome! I love her sunny disposition, professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the storage business. I’m extremely impressed with Allsafe Storage and you will be too!
This place is one of the greatest spots I've ever rented from. What really makes this place special is the staff members they have currently working there great people and very understanding. Current manager is respectful, understanding and compassionate of her customers. Very quick, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed! Michelle walked me to my unit to make sure it was all good. 10+ customer service and location very clean.
Under new management and they are doing a great Job! Management is awesome and very nice!. Customer service is very accessible and punctual. One time, I brought a few concerns to their attention and they were prompt in providing me with great solutions
