I am thoroughly impressed by your staff at All-Safe San Leandro. From the first time I made contact with a human; Maria Elena and Katie were kind and thoughtful. They actually listened to what my concerns were and were very patient and accommodating. There has not been a moment where their demeanor or follow through has lacked. I have been a customer at Allsafe Self-Storage for a little over a decade. During the whole time they have never disappointed me. The outside grounds and inside the building are kept immaculately clean. Michelle is the new Manager there, she is awesome! I love her sunny disposition, professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the storage business. I’m extremely impressed with Allsafe Storage and you will be too!
Michelle at Allsafe storage in San Leandro is the most kind hearted,thoughtful ,professionalism,and help me with all my concerns and needs involving me moving to another unit,and she did a amazing job cleaning my new unit and I want the corporate office to know she really is a nice and caring thoughtful person and again thank you Michelle .
This place is one of the greatest spots I've ever rented from. What really makes this place special is the staff members they have currently working there great people and very understanding. Current manager is respectful, understanding and compassionate of her customers.
