Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for her outstanding customer service and help throughout the process. My windshield was replaced quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was done right the first time. I highly recommend Allstate Auto Glass for anyone needing windshield replacement or auto glass service.
Vali was honest and real. There was a slight Issue with my original window repair but, he worked hard to create a solution. I appreciate his constant effort to get the job done and very direct communication with customers. Just make sure you call in advance to have your glass ordered/ confirmed on-site.
Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. so my car got broken into this morning and I had court the same morning so I didn’t really have time to look for a place that could repair my window for me the same day that’s where I found Allstate Ottawa glass. They were quite busy today but they still found time to squeeze me in and my weight wasn’t that long. I also had some glass shards left in my passenger side of the vehicle.
