They ruined my entire electronic system in my dashboard by a faulty wind shield replacement. Even the owner said the field crew he sent didn’t know what they were doing. I brought my car in are he put a new wind shield on and said he would find my electronics and contact his insurance company. He never did anything and is now claiming he’s not going to fix my truck. Pathetic
I called on 27 Feb 26 at 12:17 PM and asked if they could replace a front passenger window with a crack in my SUV on that same day. They said YES and I was given a 2:30 PM appointment to replace the window and it was replaced by 3:15 PM on the same day, 27 Feb 26. I WILL RECOMMEND ALLSTATE AUTO GLASS TO FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS. Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. This is the second time I have used this company to replace windshields on my SUVs. Both experiences have been great. They are VERY quick to provide quotes and schedule the install of the windshield. Speed and quality of service was excellent!
Allstate auto glass fixed my windshield beautifully. They were professional, friendly, and quick with their service. They replaced my windshield in a few hours. Vali, the owner is kind and attentive to my concerns. Cost is very reasonable. Photos show before and after !
