Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. The best! I had my Sprinter windshield replaced in 2023, and came back this year for my 2024 Sprinter — they’re still the best! Got a same-day appointment, and the job was done in just 2 hours. The waiting area is comfortable, and the owner is super friendly — makes you feel right at home.
They are tucked back in an industrial site but did the work as promised. Very prompt response once I chose their shop to replace my windshield. The owner is very involved with the whole experience and was very active in getting the work done in a timely manner. To install a windshield properly it takes skill and time. They did a great job!
Poor customer service. My girlfriend scheduled a repair with this shop because they offered mobile service, eliminating the need to bring the vehicle in. The technician arrived on the scheduled day. That morning, I dropped my girlfriend off at work so her vehicle could remain at the house for the service. The technician arrived while we were both away.
