Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. Allstate auto glass fixed my windshield beautifully. They were professional, friendly, and quick with their service. They replaced my windshield in a few hours. Vali, the owner is kind and attentive to my concerns. Cost is very reasonable. Photos show before and after !
They are tucked back in an industrial site but did the work as promised. Very prompt response once I chose their shop to replace my windshield. The owner is very involved with the whole experience and was very active in getting the work done in a timely manner. To install a windshield properly it takes skill and time. They did a great job!
My sister had this company replace her windshield, and now she is back in 2019, June 28, 2025, and recently the Toyota Secodia back windshield They worked hard, and the owner is nice Offers service in English, Spanish, and farcy
If I could give less than one star I would. I was not given an estimate prior to work being done. When I got home I realized they hadn’t cleaned the adhesive off of painted surfaces of my car, when I went back the technician accused me of wiping stuff on the car because I was unhappy with the price. The work was poorly done with incorrect parts. The weather stripping isn’t remotely straight, and there is now a gap between my windshield and roof trim.
