I also appreciated that they accept cash payments and stand behind their work with a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for her outstanding customer service and help throughout the process. My windshield was replaced quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. Car window got smashed in DC (love that place). Needed same day service on the window. I filled out a form to receive a quote online and was contacted within 15 minutes. I drove to the location and was told it would be done in 2 hours. I got a call that my car was ready after 1 hour 50 min and was charged the exact price of the quote. I highly recommend this place. The workers were polite and helpful. I will be using this place again (hopefully under better conditions than a smash and grab)!
