Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD I dropped my car off at 2:00 PM and was told it would take about 2 hours. Four hours later—no call, no update, nothing. I had to call them just to ask for an estimate, and the only response I got was: “We’ll call you when it’s done.” That is not what I asked. The customer service here is absolutely trash. I highly recommend this business. A rock hit my windshield on a Friday night and resulted in a huge crack. I submitted a claim through my insurance Saturday morning and within 5 minutes, Allstate Auto Glass contacted me. They were able to replace my windshield that same day within a few short hours. I believe it is a family business and everyone was so nice and professional. They are very welcoming and I would choose them again in the future if I needed to.
They are tucked back in an industrial site but did the work as promised. Very prompt response once I chose their shop to replace my windshield. The owner is very involved with the whole experience and was very active in getting the work done in a timely manner. To install a windshield properly it takes skill and time. They did a great job!
