I had this company replace my windshield back in 2019 and recently my windshield got a chip and then the cracks appeared. I decided to go back to them since they did a great job the last time. Andrew was a blast to work with. He kept me updated on the schedule and the work was done in great timing. I 100% recommend them and their pricing was very fair. Don't hesitate. 2018 Buick regal Tour-X.
If I could give less than one star I would. I was not given an estimate prior to work being done. When I got home I realized they hadn’t cleaned the adhesive off of painted surfaces of my car, when I went back the technician accused me of wiping stuff on the car because I was unhappy with the price. The work was poorly done with incorrect parts. The weather stripping isn’t remotely straight, and there is now a gap between my windshield and roof trim. Allstate Auto Glass replaced my front windshield last Saturday, January 25, 2025, at around 8:30 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised when they took me right in with no appointment. The price was very reasonable. I wish I could give Allstate Auto Glass more than five stars. The owner and staff are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I had the best experience ever here!! They were reasonably priced and efficient. I came all the way from Waldorf MD and I'd do it again!! Also, everything was done within 2 hours!! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again!!
Hi hi, I’ve been a customer with Allstate auto glass since 2004. I’m always satisfied when I leave the owner of the shop he’s always greeting and very very nice and every time when I leave I always walk out of there very happy and I recommend anybody if you have cracked windows crack, windshields go over there to get it repaired. It’s you’ll get it done quickly and fast and you’ll be satisfied as I was.
