Vali was honest and real. There was a slight Issue with my original window repair but, he worked hard to create a solution. I appreciate his constant effort to get the job done and very direct communication with customers. Just make sure you call in advance to have your glass ordered/ confirmed on-site.
Very Bad Customer Service !!!Avoid This Place! I chose this place because State Farm recommended them. They were supposed to come to my house to fix my glass, but later said it would be safer if I came to them. I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, they told me there was an “emergency” and no technician was available, so I’d have to wait 4 hours. Very happy with my experience here! Their price was about half of their main competitors *cough cough Safelite* for a windshield replacement on a 2018 VW Atlas. They had me in and out of their waiting in 2 hours, and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. I hope I don't have to replace another windshield, but I will come back here if I ever do.
so my car got broken into this morning and I had court the same morning so I didn’t really have time to look for a place that could repair my window for me the same day that’s where I found Allstate Ottawa glass.
