Living here has been nothing but problems and frustration. Packages have been stolen off the property (which I didn’t even bother reporting because management makes it clear they don’t take things seriously). The walls are so thin you can hear everything, which just adds to the stress. On top of that, I dealt with an ant infestation caused by bad caulking in the unit. The location is honestly the best part—everything is super close and convenient. But that’s where the positives stop. The walls are paper thin! I can hear my neighbors’ full conversations daily, and between the noise from the unit above and behind me, getting decent sleep has become almost impossible. Storage in the unit is very limited most of my things are still packed due to nowhere to put it. Needs more storage space for the price of these units. I did not end up renting here as I had to put my home search on hold, but I did tour and the leasing staff was amazing! I will definitely be coming back to check this place out more when I’m looking to move again. If your looking for a new home with great staff check out Allston Pointe
We have been here coming up on almost 2 years now originally since they opened. Great area location. Everything is near by, secluded area. Maintenance is great as well always on top of what needs to get taken care of . Parking is maybe the difficult park in the complex. You get al the amenities from Lincoln pointe.
Do not move here, I’ve been here just over a year and am getting out asap
