The location is honestly the best part—everything is super close and convenient. But that’s where the positives stop. The walls are paper thin! I can hear my neighbors’ full conversations daily, and between the noise from the unit above and behind me, getting decent sleep has become almost impossible. Storage in the unit is very limited most of my things are still packed due to nowhere to put it. Needs more storage space for the price of these units. We have been here coming up on almost 2 years now originally since they opened. Great area location. Everything is near by, secluded area. Maintenance is great as well always on top of what needs to get taken care of . Parking is maybe the difficult park in the complex. You get al the amenities from Lincoln pointe.
I did not end up renting here as I had to put my home search on hold, but I did tour and the leasing staff was amazing! I will definitely be coming back to check this place out more when I’m looking to move again. If your looking for a new home with great staff check out Allston Pointe
