I’ve been with Lifestance for over 4 years now and it’s great to see that other providers are as good! The appointment was on time and thorough. She took the time to learn my medications and their use cases. We came up with a game plan and I’m happy to have found another trusted doctor.
Ally is really nice and easy to talk to! My previous provider left lifestance and I was a little nervous wondering who my new provider would be, but Ally made me really comfortable and the transition was easy. Ten out of ten would recommend :)
Ally was absolutely incredible and made me feel seen. My previous psychiatrist was strictly medication management, so it was very refreshing to be able to actually talk about my life and struggles with someone who very clearly cares and wants to help.
Ally is very patience and listens to what you need.She does not make you fell rushed when talking with.

I have been working with Ally for over a year now to find the right medications to reach my best self. I feel very supported. I feel very confident I feel that Ally is on my team and she’s listening to me, and I really appreciate that. My mental health journey has led me to lifestance and to working with her and i feel lucky to be her patient.
Ally is sweet, helpful and patient! She is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed :)

Office is horribly unfriendly and Dr. Cox is almost never available to speak with.
