They cannot keep providers. I have had three psychiatrists. Two left (Lisa Sanderson, Dr. Q). The third decided to cancel my appointment 15 minutes AFTER the telehealth appointment was scheduled (Melissa Werner). Then, I booked an appointment with a new psychiatrist and they refused to refill my meds before the appointment. They didn’t care that I would go through horrible withdrawal at all. My family absolutely loves ally. Mellisa is an amazing doctor . She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of everyone. Her communication skills are top tier . We absolutely love her . The staff is amazing as well .
What can I even say except Melissa Werner and her patient care coordinator Missy saved my life. If it wasn't for Melissa Werner advocating for me because no other health care provider would listen to me, I may have passed away and left my family behind. I am forever grateful for both of them and truly appreciate everything they do for me. Melissa deserves a raise and an award for best psychiatrist in Bowling Green Kentucky and I don't say that lightly. She listens, she cares, she takes all aspects into consideration. Melissa Werner is phenomenal. You can tell within moments of meeting her that she cares about her position and her patients. I have received life changing care and attention. I’ve never felt more heard and after years and years of feeling ignored/ dismissed I have become optimistic about my future. I’m so thankful I decided to go here.
