This place is absolutely unbelievable. They suck at communicating. They suck at managing medication. My appointment was canceled by my provider, and they’re trying to charge me for it. They were supposed to contact me to reschedule. Haven’t heard anything. I can never get them on the phone. Now I’m almost out of my sleep medicine with no refills and I don’t know what to do. This place is very questionable. Patient follow up is horrible and attention to detail needs improvement x 2!!! Honestly this place could cause more stress than what you need . Trying to get someone on the phone is a challenge so plan to drive there and book your appt.
Anna Davis is one of the best doctors that I have ever spoken to. The Spanish Forts entire staff are fantastic!
Impossible to get a hold of someone. I tried for over a week and couldn’t get the medication I needed or a call back. By far the worst place I’ve ever been to
Had my first visit with Kelvin Murry. It went really well. He made me and my husband feel so comfortable during my appointment. He explained everything to us about my treatment and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to ask. He even gave details about everything he was prescribing and why it would be a great fit for my individual needs. I did not feel rushed at all. I am a new patient.
