My counselor/therapist gives me homework to do, and even during our session, zoom or in person, she helps me use my calendar, recognize my coping skills so I can get rid of unhealthy ones and keep the healthy ones that are working well. She teaches me about apps and how to put reminders on my phone that will help me accomplish the things on my list.that are in my calendar/planner.
