My counselor was excellent and I will continue seeing her, but the experience of finding her and dealing with Lifestance was very frustrating. I had to fight though numerous layers of robot gatekeepers and support persons who knew little more than what I could read online myself. To be fair this was typical of a number of these platforms used by providers to help them with booking and billing, but Lifestance also billed me immediately for a copay I did not owe.
