This was my first time, and it was a great experience. The ambiance was very welcoming, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The dentist and his staff were super friendly, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable. I had a great experience and will be using them as my dentist from now on.
Some people in my family have anxiety about the dentist appointment and the noises of the tools. The entire staff is understanding and encouraging to them. They talk through everything they are doing, they don't upsell or find ways to change you extra; they run all procedures through your insurance first so you know what is covered and can make an informed decision. Sad at having my childhood dentist retire, I feel like I got lucky to have found this office and another dentist I can go to for a long time.
Switched to this dentist since they're right down the block from me and they sent a flyer to the surrounding area with a toothbrush to exchange for a Philips electric toothbrush...pretty ingenious way to get new clients since the office just got built in 2024. The office is very new with nice aesthetics and a lounge area with comfy sofa and seating. They text u with a link to fill all the required information ahead of time. Unbelievable staff, very kind and helpful. My dental hygienist was amazing, gentle And thorough. The doctor was patient and answered all of my questions. Great dental experience.
Love Dr. Almeida and the entire staff. So happy they’re in my neighborhood. They take their time, are personable, and the most ethical team around!
