Great to work with and did a great job on the pool. My only concern was the excavation portion (an independent person) not making me aware of a lot of additional dirt needed. Overall very pleased with the process. Tiffany is amazing to work with.

THINK TWICE about purchasing liner pool at this place!!!!!! Terrible customer service. The man sitting behind the desk DO NOT KNOW NOTHING! But you suppose to “talk to him about everything” person named Tiffany said. Tiffany is the one that sold us the pool. She is really nice until she gets her money. After that she doesn’t want to deal with you if there is any problem! She won’t return your calls, so you basically have to just show up at the store and make a scene. I had my pool water checked yesterday and was given the instructions for my water. I was told to put 5 bags of salt now my salt levels are off the chart and i am having to drain a huge amount of water out of my pool to try to get the salt level at an appropriate range.

Tiffany was amazing to work with through the whole process. She would answer every call or text through every single step. The crew worked hard, long days, and did amazing work. My family has no complaints!!!
