This isn't the updated review I wanted to do, but I am so tired of the constant back and forth. At least I moved it to a 2 instead of a 1 since our stuff actually got submitted. First you tell us to NOT put the dates on papers and just sign them, and then you call us stating you need us to add the date and resend you everything. Why can't y'all make up your minds on what you need instead of constantly wasting my time? Will ask you for one document at a time. Will prolong the service so that you have to renew and pay service fee again. Will not update you on documents unless you call. Eg. I went in person to deliver some documents and was not told I had to sign them. I had to print, sign and scan them again only for them to tell me that they only accept black ink signatures when I signed them in blue ink. As far as I know, blue ink shows that it is the original document. When I requested them to print in black and white and scan again. The... read more
