Do NOT pay attention to these 5 star reviews. Most of the time they are customer JUST starting a process with them. We have been working with them for over a year and we haven't hear anything back. There goes $15,000.
Poor intake and an aggressive, fear-based sales pitch. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I already had legal status and that my case was straightforward, the firm continued using a generic “we’ll get you legal / change your life” script. I had to repeat the same basic information to different people, which shows a lack of listening and internal communication.
Not satisfied with our experience at all. My husband was promised with paperwork by 11 months max. When speaking for updates they've contradicted themselves while saying his paper work has been sent off. Now they’ve said they are still reviewing all paperwork and this week it should be sent after a whole year with no updates. Now we will have to wait maybe up to a whole year again. They never forget to remind us of the payment due though! Highly recommend looking for other lawyers than these.
I am very happy to be a part of the Alonso and Alonso family. Very professional and attentive. They always keep me inform of how my case is going. I also love it that they take there time to review my case and make sure everything is right on point .
