If there's no effective communication at the beginning, how can I trust you? I've called a couple of times, but you always leave me waiting and never answer. If you treat potential clients like this, I can't imagine how you treat those who have already signed a contract. I also posted a comment on your Facebook, but since you're not interested in improving, you simply deleted it, which tells me that you're improving your social networks by deleting suggestions like mine.
