I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to this dental office! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable right away, which really helped ease any nerves I had about the appointment. This dental office is unlike anything you’ve experienced. I was so pleased with my first visit. The staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. It’s obvious when a business has a happy, skilled team that takes pride in their work. Office was exceptionally clean. I've had nothing but good experiences at Alora Dental Spa. From cleanings to root canals and now a dental bridge, I have no complaints. Kathy is super helpful in coordinating appointments and helping with insurance questions. I had a two hour procedure today and Evelyn was great in making sure I was comfortable. Most importantly, Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manners. Because all of my life, either my grandfather or uncle have been my dentist... It took a lot of research but I finally found a dentist who not only had talent but matched my vibe! Dr. Sheena Patel is probably who I'd be had I stayed in school and became a dentist! This place is Amazing!! From the moment I walked in the door until I left I felt comfortable, the staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and down to earth. The atmosphere and the decor is absolutely gorgeous! Dr. Patel, Evelyn and the receptionist are so kind! I am not a fan of going to the dentist and I actually felt good about being there.
