Best goddamn decision I've ever made to go here. So happy that this was the center I ended up at! Staff was phenomenal, genuinely cared, most had a history of addiction themselves to some degree or another, so they could relate to what one was dealing with. Food was great, place was clean, smoke breaks allowed, workout sessions, counseling and hard truths one needs to hear and work through to heal. It help change my life. Professional Development with very discipline councilors. If you want to know what's next in your future this place will give you the developmental skills for what comes next. Once you walk out those doors you won't be alone. Gateway will be with you. It's a different course of action than you are used to. Prepare to succeed if you just give yourself a chance. My son has struggled with drug addiction, and after completing his rehab program at Gateway, Caseyville, is transferring outpatient to Gateway, Springfield. I'm extremely impressed with Gateway and their staff. His counselor, Kevin Bunten, gets 5 stars as well! If I ever have to go through this again, I will send him back to Gateway Caseyville. They are outstanding!
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE trying to reach out to your organization to get help for myself. I get to the facility & everything seemed to be too good to be true. Due to the gut feeling that people were being overly fake with me. I'm a genuine person. I treat people the way I want tobe treated. I recently started the medical assisted treatment (MAT) center there for opiate dependancy. I had a typical scenario of a back injury that shortly turned from prescribed pain meds to a problem. I had procured suboxone on own for a while to try to treat myself, so when I started there, I simply needed a subscription and a taper schedule, which I got.
