I'm an alcoholic, have been for years. I got treatment before I decided to give the Gateway, Iopc,a try. Im not religious and religion isnt pushed at GateWay Iopc, which is why i gave it a try. My Dr suggested it so I decided to do that treatment after my detox. Also my counselor Dan in the Joliet office is a great counselor. I, like most people are closed off when going thru this process. I had a bad connection .I would like your help. I've just called 5 times, spoke to Laura. 11 27 24 . 345pm. She doesn't give a person time to talk, I've been hung up on 4 times now. Even after establishing a good connection. I asked if your facility accepts my insurance..Guess I'll try somewhere else. Happy Thanksgiving "Laura ".
It was a great group with great discussion. Very great counselor Dan K. that crafted a positive outlook on current situations and made it clear on how to handle things moving forward. And really made it fun!
Dan is a great Counselor and really made a successful path for myself. The IOP program teaches you tools to maintain a clean lifestyle.
The Gateway app (G-Connect) and site can be very confusing and difficult to navigate.
