Staff cares, but on co ed the funding has gone down and in my opinion the quality has too. There is no social worker on the unit and it has been left to staff in the business office to fill in for the lack of qualified counselors 2. They are running around with their heads caught off. I have private insurance and finance hasn’t talked to me about verifying coverage even though I have unitedhealthcare through CAT. I had a great stay at Gateway. The staff was really awesome. I felt cared for and loved. Great work all around, much love to James at the front desk (I appreciate you!!), and Josh Ronan, a counselor, and Miss Kris, another counselor. Gratitude to the entire nursing staff and all the other employees. If you are serious about going to rehab and getting into recovery, I would recommend coming to Gateway. The experience was great. My counselor and others was also well, since I e left gateway I’ve been on a better track and able to utilize my coping skills in a professional manner. Groups were great as well and hearing some of our counselor stories and how they’ve came from up under that addiction opened my eyes to have hope. If you’re suffering from addictions this would be a great start. It’s not ment to disappear it’s ment to be manageable.then and now

Gateway helped guide me to the road i needed to be on. Taught me to control my emotions. I became happy agin. I lost so much but gained much more. Especially knowledge, trust, i even got better with my PTSD. I found myself. I was lost for a long time. I didnt want to got to rehab i though i heard it all. I was stubborn. I alots lost my family.
