A wonderful group of doctors who truly care with their patients. They're very attentive and offer fantastic advice for those who need guidance. I enjoy taking the time discuss my issues with someone who can listen and give professional advice, and I will continue to go to Alssaro for as long as possible.
I had put off getting help for years. I wasn’t sure if counseling/therapy was right for me, but it was one of the best decisions I have made so far. The therapist at Alssaro was great but their admin and billing departments were so horrendous I had to stop going. Not only was the lady working billing rude but I confirmed with my insurance that the services provided were covered yet they keep trying to scam me with bogus charges. And now they’re trying to collect a late fee on a copay I never had to pay. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I can't begin to explain how much therapy has helped me since starting again a year ago. My therapist is pretty amazing. She understands my quirks and is easygoing and has done so much for my mental health. I recommend Alssaro 100%
