I've only recently started with this company but so far they're able to facilitate my various needs. They accept my insurance and the counselors also do tele-sessions since I work 7 days a week for now. I'll add more info as we become familiar with each other. Update: Been with Alssaro a few months now and I can't even begin to tell you guys how much I've learned about myself and why I do some of the things I do. Parking is really expensive and the front desk doesn't have any change for cash paying customers. Therapists are nice and knowledgeable though

The billing department is a mess. Especially sorting out billing/payment from multiple insurances and their payment portal. It took my calling THEM for over a month to sort out, and they would repeatedly call me to ask why I hadn't paid, even though I weekly called about getting the client portal to work. This caused me much stress. In the end the billing delay meant I couldn't get reimbursed from my work place, so it cost me a large chunk of money too I actually found an excellent therapist here. Senora is a great therapist. However, the systems at Alssaro suck. They will cancel the same day but if you do, you’re charged. They also didn’t have my receipts available for a whole year, though they said I would. I had to follow up twice. This caused my claims with my insurance to not go through. If I didn’t like Senora so much, I would have left a year ago. Again, Alssaro sucks.
