Had to have Alterations done, they got me in right away!
To start the day that we had the appointment to try on the dress we arrived and they had overbooked we had to wait for a while for any help we finally got help we felt rushed and like we were not a priority when trying on dresses they only had large dresses and then that fit my daughter I ended up having to go to a second location to try on dresses in her size where we did make our purchase fast forward we decided to use them for an alteration let me tell you what a mistake that was we paid in full the day of for the alterat... read more
I am not one to leave bad reviews but I do not want another bride to go through what I went through with their alterations department. Booked an appointment for alterations and I thought it went well, they quoted me 1 month. Went a month later at the time I was booked to pick my dress up, no one seemed to know what was going on and stated that they needed an additional 2 weeks to get the dress done. Went 2 weeks later to find out it still hadn’t been finished. They then asked for another 2 weeks(so total of 2 month duration)... read more
