Shopping at the Arrowhead Crossing David’s Bridal was hands down the best dress shopping experience I’ve ever had! We were in the Phoenix area shopping for formal dresses for a dance and another for a pageant, both with very specific guidelines and picky girls. We were assisted by Amanda who was so helpful and made my experience easy. She gave us tips for alterations to make the dresses fit our needs. I had an amazing experience finding the perfect dress, thanks to Katelynn P. and Joanna! After trying on a few gowns and figuring out what I liked and didn’t like, my stylist took the time to understand my budget, preferences, and what made me feel the most confident. She then found the perfect dress for me. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
I have never been so beautifully taken care of before like miss Amanda did, from the start she handle the appointment with grace and love, especially with me coming in with a set budget and only 3 weeks till my wedding. I walked out of the store with a beautiful dress and beautiful memories made. She made me feel beautiful and very well taken care of. JoHanna was our AMAZING stylist. Her disposition was perfect for our very first attempts finding a dress for my daughter’s wedding. She offered options to the dresses she tried on and without any bias. She was professional without being overbearing and did not pressure us with a saleswoman vibe. We appreciate your assistance in finding the dress on our first try!!!
My daughter and I went to David’s Bridal today with an almost impossible task. Long story short, my daughter is pregnant and when she picked up her dress (bought somewhere else) a couple of weeks ago from alterations, the dress fit (tight but it fit).
