Valentino saved my dress! He is the best in alterations! Do not let anyone else except for Valentino work on your dress. He made my vision for my dress come to life and all my dreams came true! Val worked late to meet a quick turnaround deadline for me and he is super talented! I’m incredibly pleased with his work and would return to this alterations only to work with Val.
Interesting, I already posted a review, and it seems they only leave the five-star reviews up. The alteration girl who had no name tag and didn't tell us her name was very rude. They had no white wedding veils in the store or ordered to be coming into the store. We were directed to use their website. They sell white wedding dresses, but no white veils. The one veil they had was missing small pearls in three spots about an inch long.
When shopping for my dress the experience itself wasn’t terrible other then they book way too many brides in a time slot(I was told 15 others at the same time) so it was extremely crowded. My issue was when I got a message saying “your order is here” and I called to schedule my alternations there was no mention of my dress not being there. Someone called the night before at 8pm to tell me they double booked my time slot and asked me to come in later, so I drive almost 2 hours there and after getting there I’m told the dress... read more
