Eleanor made this shopping experience what it was… exceptional! Her incredible personality, and desire to provide the BEST service, made our time at David’s Bridal so enjoyable. She is a CSR that stepped up to assist us when others were not available, and it was our gain! She listened to my daughter’s desires, remained attentive, and even followed up with us the next day when we had a question. She is next level!! Thank you Eleanor for making our shopping trip to KC, so worth it!!!!

What on a spur of the moment run to David’s bridal north KC for the diamond sample sale preview. I took off a star for the email/ad not accurately representing what the sale was. They only had 2 racks of dresses with a handful of them in each size, and didn’t have any of the dresses shown in the email. I had an amazing experience here! From the beginning I knew I didn’t want to spend over $1,000 for a dress I’d only wear once. I also had high expectations and didn’t want to purchase anything I didn’t really like. I browsed the website and actually found a ton of cute options so I wrote down the sku and contacted the Kansas City, MO location to book an appointment and see if they had the dresses available for me to try on. The Ladies(Riley, Theresa, Diane)who did my alterations appointment were so friendly and helpful and really made the time so much more enjoyable. Finding the dress and making the right alterations was so easy. She listened and picked out exactly what I asked for. These 3 Ladies made the dress experience so easy and relaxing and I feel so beautiful in it and they altered it perfectly to my body! 10 ⭐ I added the final alterations pictures of me putting it on at my apartment. Still so in love with it. ❤️👰
