Eleanor made this shopping experience what it was… exceptional! Her incredible personality, and desire to provide the BEST service, made our time at David’s Bridal so enjoyable. She is a CSR that stepped up to assist us when others were not available, and it was our gain! She listened to my daughter’s desires, remained attentive, and even followed up with us the next day when we had a question. She is next level!! i went on a monday, it was not busy at all which is what i was hoping for! Paige helped me with picking and trying on dresses. she was very kind and patient. i tried on a bunch of very beautiful dresses but the last one she brought over was the most perfect, magical, gorgeous dress i’ve ever seen! i ended up saying yes to that dress, and im so happy i did! i would definitely recommend any bride that’s looking to try on dresses go there, they were very kind and welcoming!
Laura helped me find the perfect dress. She was the sweetest person and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She treated me like family and gave me the best experience. Theresa provided my alterations and was the most friendly and relatable person. She made sure I was comfortable and helped me reach the look I wanted.
I had an amazing experience here! From the beginning I knew I didn’t want to spend over $1,000 for a dress I’d only wear once. I also had high expectations and didn’t want to purchase anything I didn’t really like. I browsed the website and actually found a ton of cute options so I wrote down the sku and contacted the Kansas City, MO location to book an appointment and see if they had the dresses available for me to try on. TJ was an incredible help. I called ahead of time and explained the issue I was having.When I got to the store, she already had the dresses we talked about ready for me in a dressing room. I had three kids in tow And she was more than accommodating! My kids and I adored her and I left happy with a dress.
