Kladis was so very helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dress!!! She didn’t stop searching until she knew we were happy! We took over an hour and she never gave up! The manager there also went above and beyond to ensure that we could pay for our dresses! They did everything they could to make sure our experience was perfect!!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!
Eleanor made this shopping experience what it was… exceptional! Her incredible personality, and desire to provide the BEST service, made our time at David’s Bridal so enjoyable. She is a CSR that stepped up to assist us when others were not available, and it was our gain! She listened to my daughter’s desires, remained attentive, and even followed up with us the next day when we had a question. She is next level!! I had such a wonderful experience trying on wedding dresses today. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Mariyah was incredibly kind, patient, and made the entire experience feel special and stress-free. She truly listened to what I liked and helped make the appointment relaxed and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for how welcoming and supportive she was, she made the day truly memorable.
Eleanor was so welcoming when I came in and so helpful when I checked out. She made sure I could get all the discounts applicable to me! I went in with a wedding in under two months after a previous dress mishap at a different store. Laura was so helpful and refused to let me settle for just any dress. My bridal party and I had an excellent experience with David's Bridal. Laura was my stylist and I explained to her that my mother was in a long-term care facility and that my sister (matron of honor) would be on a zoom call with her to help include my mom with this appointment. Laura was amazing! She would take the phone and talk to my mom and show her each dress I tried on - from full length to up close to the tiniest details of the beading on the dress.
