Kladis was so very helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dress!!! She didn’t stop searching until she knew we were happy! We took over an hour and she never gave up! The manager there also went above and beyond to ensure that we could pay for our dresses! They did everything they could to make sure our experience was perfect!!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!
Eleanor made this shopping experience what it was… exceptional! Her incredible personality, and desire to provide the BEST service, made our time at David’s Bridal so enjoyable. She is a CSR that stepped up to assist us when others were not available, and it was our gain! She listened to my daughter’s desires, remained attentive, and even followed up with us the next day when we had a question. She is next level!! I had such a wonderful experience trying on wedding dresses today. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Mariyah was incredibly kind, patient, and made the entire experience feel special and stress-free. She truly listened to what I liked and helped make the appointment relaxed and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for how welcoming and supportive she was, she made the day truly memorable.
This location is extremely professional and very welcoming in regards to helping with your bridal/bridesmaid needs! I had my dress altered by Katelynn with hemming the bottom as well as the open leg slit on the side of the dress, and it is beautifully done! I'm also thankful for the attendants at this location with their communication regarding appointment times, as well having the entire fitting process process go smoothly and doing amazing jobs regarding any adjustments that were needed. My stylist, Darcy, was a blast to work with! She accommodated my large group with ease - made me feel comfortable and best of all pretty in everything I tried on! She was knowledgeable, kind, and fun to spend the appointment with. I’m grateful I had someone so lovely to help me with such a big decision!
