Came in today to pick up my dress and have alterations done. It was so busy but the staff was on point. Bianca a d another lady greeted me flustered but with a smile on their faces. It only took a few minutes before Bianca brought out my dress and introduced me to Angela who would be doing the alterations. The dress fit perfect no need for alterations!!! I bought my shoes and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Thank you David's Bridal staff!!!!
The alterations department pulled off a miracle with my bridesmaids' dresses. My dress was a size 14, and I ended up a size 10. There were two weeks before the wedding, and they were about to make the dress fit perfectly. I was freaking out that no one would be able to alter my dress, but the alterations department at David’s Bridal did the impossible. I was super impressed with their work and timing!
Their alterations department is phenomenal. Rattana took excellent care of me, and was so professional and kind. I was definitely in good hands! I'm really looking forward to seeing my dress!
