I had the best experience here! Sophie and the store manager were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were so kind and patient with helping me find the perfect dress for graduation. They made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and even pulled styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. I’m so grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you to all three of the associates for making this such a memorable moment!
Blanca, Tiffany, Sophie, Marthea were ABSOLUTELY a dream! They helped in every way with everything bridal I was looking for and I found the most amazing dress. They were such fun, amazing energy full of positivity. I’m so grateful for yall. Highly recommend!
Today was a blast! My sister and I got to try on so many beautiful dresses; our helper Antoinette and all of the associates made our day with their enthusiasm and energy!!! 10/10 will come back again. :)
We went in on a Saturday morning to look at bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses without an appointment and were greeted kindly and helped right away. Blanca assisted us at first. She was pleasant and attentive. The shop got busier and due to the inclement weather they had some people call in to say they were not going to make it to work that day. This review reflects my personal experience at the Sugar Land David’s Bridal location. From the beginning, my dress order involved multiple issues. My original dress arrived damaged and had to be reordered. The replacement appeared fine; however, on my wedding day, approximately 45 minutes before my ceremony, the zipper failed while I was being helped into the dress.
