I have been seeing Dr. Patwa for a few years and always feel well cared for. She is professional, kind, and takes time to explain everything. My recent treatment was done very carefully, and I felt comfortable throughout. I really appreciate her gentle approach and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist. 1st time here. Everything run smoothly from booking the appointment, fill up the form, seeing dentist and checkout. My kids usually very nervous seeing a dentist, but they are happy and no fear as of today. Everyone is very helpful and polite.
The team at Altima Atrium are amazing. They've been with my family for about 8 years now and were very accommodating when I had to have work done and was a stay at home mom with a small baby. Now that my son is older and had to have some work done they have been so gentle with him. It is difficult having a child with autism doing stuff like this but they really put us both at ease and went out on a limb to help us avoid sedation. I see Dr Patwa who is amazing and caring doctor. I came across this place by accident and found the best care team. The hygienist Aisha is amazing and very detailed oriented. All the staff here genuinely cares.They are extremely kind and helpful towards students.
Altima staff was very kind and polite ! Dr jelena made sure i understood and explained all treatment and procedures. Left very happy with no concerns :)
