I have been going to Altima Cedarbrae Dental for over 10 years now. My last visit was to have a filling done. Couple months later my filling popped out when I was flossing. Mind you it was a quarter of my tooth gone so it was a big one! I was afraid that I would need to spend more money but since it was in a certain time frame. They didn't charge me. I guess even fillings have a short warranty on them lol. I was pleased with the outcome and will continue to go back. Thanks for saving my tooth again 😉❤️ see you next time!
I had my first appointment today and the entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Dentist was exceptionally gentle,checked in on my comfort level throughout the procedure and numbed the area perfectly.Thank you everyone!!
I came here for my dental checkup. I gave them my secondary insurance and after the checkup, I was told to pay another 100$. An amount I was never told from the inception. I was charged over 400$ just for a checkup. Their customer service was very bad even after I complained this incident that I was never told I would pay out of pocket. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. There services are also very expensive. I still request my refund from you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff are super kind and Dok is amazing! 💛 They explain every step clearly and even went the extra mile on my next appointment to make sure everything was taken care of. They really go out of their way to keep your smile perfect!
Dr. Panteli is a great dentist, his assistant Wilma is kind and makes you feel calm. They care about their patients. The reception staff are polite, I have always had great customer service.
