This was my first time visiting, and I was so impressed. I honestly feel lucky to have stumbled upon this dental clinic. The front desk team, the dentist (Dr. Fawad), and the dental hygienists were all exceptionally friendly and gave very kind, detailed consultations. It was clear they paid deep attention and showed genuine care for their patients. I believe this is a truly great dental office that offers a warm welcome, professional skill, and a fantastic team.
I had such a great experience with Ray, the dental hygienist! He was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did an amazing job with my cleaning, my teeth have never felt better. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend booking with Ray if you want top-quality care!
Had a consultation with the dentist and was so happy with how it went. From the first interaction with the staff to the consult, everything was amazing. The atmosphere is great, office is meticulous, staff are all super friendly and helpful. The dentist went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. He made me feel super comfortable, never thought I would be comfortable returning to a dentist but I actually can't wait to go back for my hygiene Appt.
I have been a patient at Altima Coxwell Dental Centre for 39 years. The staff and the dentist make me feel welcome whenever I go for my appointments. It is a warm and friendly environment. I moved to the west end of the city for the past 20 years and I still go there for all my dental needs.
I sincerely thank Dr. Fouad and Mrs Yasmin for their excellent dental work; I’m very satisfied with the results and truly appreciate their professionalism and care.
