I don’t recommend this place. When I booked my appointment, I was told that with full coverage under my Endurance insurance, I would not need to pay anything, or that any payment would be minimal. Before starting the treatment, I specifically asked again if my insurance covered 100%, and I was told yes. However, after the treatment was completed, I was informed that I needed to pay. This was unexpected and disappointing, as the information I received before the treatment was inconsistent with what I was told afterward.
They’re always very kind and genuinely want you to get the care you need. They’ve always been incredibly accommodating and never made me feel guilty about my sometimes poor hygiene habits. They’re just professional and get the job done. I would always recommend them to anyone.
The staff at Altima are excellent. Dr. Banarjee and her team have expertly cared for my dental needs for 25 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Professional, knowledgeable and excellent 'bedside' manner!
Don’t go here or to any Altima. Review is long overdue. Twice they screwed me up and I paid hundreds out of pocket because of their corporate greed not factoring in timelines required between appointments and getting quotes even when you protest. They push you do book appointments for unnecessary work, especially when they see that your insurance coverage is good. I only went for many years because they opened late so it was convenient. I enjoy going to the dentist because I get to see my favorite hygienist Brigitte!! She is always so positive and does an amazing job! She makes me feel so comfortable in the dentist chair and always has the best attitude. I love her!
