Update: the owner reached out to me about my the initial miscommunication and misunderstanding so I am giving this place another chance and will provide updates. I booked a consult for a rejected implant. Why would they have booked a dentist instead of an implant/surgeon? When I arrived, I explained again why I was there and they said oh well you can see a dentist today and the implant specialist on Friday. Thanks to Kathleen for my dental cleaning today! Her hands were so light and gentle I’m pretty sure I actually fell asleep in the chair. 🤭 Alison is just as amazing too—they’re a total dream team for your teeth. Plus, the front desk is always so helpful and accommodating🫡 Got my freebies too. 😆
Dr. Banerjee aka Dr. Deb is a true perfectionist and the only dentist I would ever recommend to anyone. Her patience, care, empathy and expertise together rebuilt my teeth and confidence. The staff at Altima go above and beyond to make sure patients get the best care. Thank you again! Miracle workers.
I hate the dentist. The noises, the lights.. this is the most anxiety ridden place BUT Dr Banerjee and Dr Engelberg are magical humans. They genuinely care about your overall wellbeing and experience and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and healthy and your anxiety as at the bare minimum possible. I don’t recommend this place. When I booked my appointment, I was told that with full coverage under my Endurance insurance, I would not need to pay anything, or that any payment would be minimal. Before starting the treatment, I specifically asked again if my insurance covered 100%, and I was told yes. However, after the treatment was completed, I was informed that I needed to pay. This was unexpected and disappointing, as the information I received before the treatment was inconsistent with what I was told afterward.
