I was ahead of schedule and made a quick call to Eva to see if they could take me early... they happily accommodated. As usual, the service, quality, care, conversation and overall experience was lovely.
I went to Altima Dental based off on the reviews on google. The staff is accommodating and friendly. I went in for a cleaning and personally did not feel like the dentist was gentle. I did appreciate the extensive check up that was done. However, immediately after my cleaning the dentist asked me to leave a 5 star review on google. The dentist then told me the dental office sells Oral-B electric toothbrushes so I decided to buy one. When I got home, and opened the toothbrush box I found human hair inside the box. Terrible service…. When I had braces on for two years dr. Bao Vo and Christie didn’t even do xray on my teeth when had braces on… I was paying $200 a month for braces When you suppose to have braces on your teeth your suppose to do the xray on patient teeth once a month to see how the roots and the teeth are doing Now I have root resorption because of dr.bao vo
Staff is very friendly and professional with all their services. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a dental experience that is of the highest standard, the people at Altima are willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at ease during your visit. Thank you for being so helpful for all these years and I am happy to continue entrusting my dental care with Altima Dental.
