The care I received reinforced my commitment to looking after patients and their families. My family and I have been patients at this clinic for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I asked simply to confirm our appointment times because I thought they were scheduled for 11:00, 11:30, and 12:00. While the receptionist did provide the information, her attitude was very unprofessional. My very first visit here for my daughter, everyone was so professional, kind and lovely. My 7 year old was so nervous but it was dealt with so much patience. I’ve booked my next dental appointment and my sons now. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new clinic!
