I am a health care worker who recently had a dental procedure done by Dr. Omera and the team at the Altima Erin Mills Dental clinic. The care I received reinforced my commitment to looking after patients and their families. My family and I have been patients at this clinic for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I asked simply to confirm our appointment times because I thought they were scheduled for 11:00, 11:30, and 12:00. While the receptionist did provide the information, her attitude was very unprofessional. I recently had a dental procedure I was very worried about, and the care I received from Dr. Omera, Priscilla, Ghaya and Kim was outstanding. The entire team was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
Andrew was great! He was so gentle I didn’t even feel a thing. Front desk girls are so nice. They got my insurance sorted out and made sure to only do what was covered by my insurance.
