It was my first time to Altima Hess Village Dental Centre. It had been recommended to me. I'm not a big fan of going to the Dentist but I mean 'who is?'. The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. The Dentist was great. I had a filling fall out and she fixed it as smoothly and as comfortable as possible. Great job. I will return for sure and hope that this Dental Centre becomes my permanent home for dental care.
From the moment I called to sign up with them, every interaction I had was wonderful. The receptionist is kind, knowledgeable, and clear. My hygienist was warm, kind, friendly, gentle, and clear about the procedures. The dentist was relaxed and friendly. Altima dental Team! All are professionals, and kind, trully skillful from Doctor Tuli, and all the staff are so kind, they really see me. I am physicly disable and every time I have an appointment the whole team treat me with respect. I feel welcome. 2 days ago I had a nice visit. The manager Mara and Hannah were so kind to me. I recently moved to Hamilton, I’ve never enjoyed the dentist but I truly had a great experience at my cleaning! They even gave me a free toothbrush for being a new patient. The hygienist was gentle and my teeth felt great afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dental centre!
