I had the most amazing experience at Altima! The staff are sweet , and the doctor was incredible! They have a calming music that relaxes you, and they explained every step of the procedure! I had 4 extractions so it was not a fast thing to do, but it went so well! Thank God for this wonderful team!
I went with a family member to this dentist. Worst experience with Dr. Azita Adelimosayyeb—she discriminated against us, laughed at us, and made fun of us. Listen, this is Canada; you should know that what you are doing here is unacceptable. Learn to practice as a Canadian. I do not know which country she is from as a doctor, but she cannot even speak English well. I do not recommend this horrible place to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your health and your comfort.
Dr. Zamiri is so good at what he does. If you ever want to go see a dentist for teeth removal, I highly recommend to go at this clinic. He explains all the procedure clearly and what you should do after. I also want to appreciate all their staff for their lovely service! It's always a good time coming here.
The kids loved their visit ❤️ the doctors and staff were all very accommodating and helpful. It was a really nice experience for my kids’ first dental checkup! I’m glad that they are now looking forward to their next visit.
I’ve had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this location. The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and has repeatedly provided incorrect information. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed other customers also frustrated or upset by her attitude. As the first point of contact, she unfortunately gives a poor impression of the business.
