Been going here for 3 years now. This office is clean. Staff are friendly. Easy to book appointments. Dr Hone is great! She's so patient and kind. Very thorough with explanations and is always checking in here and there to see if you're doing OK during your dental treatment Very happy I made the switch to this dental office :)

I was a patient for almost 14 years at Altima Dental Clinic at Markville Mall. I notice that regularly, the front desk staff changed often. I am a responsible single mother with a child with special needs. Time and energy are precious commodity for me. I always communicated about any changes regarding my appointments over the years. A lovely couple running a dental office with real care and expertise. I truly appreciated the quality of their work and the extra attention they give to hygienic practices—especially during the winter season. It made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely furious about what happened today! This was our first visit, and we only chose this place because of its so-called 4.9-star rating. which now honestly feels completely misleading. From the very beginning, we specifically asked whether the check-up would be covered by insurance. The receptionist clearly assured us that it would be covered. We trusted that information. I can't believe this happened to us today. I am extremely UPSET! This was our first time here, based on their 4.9-star rating (are we being deceived?) They charged my family an extra $100, despite clearly asking from the beginning whether their insurance would cover the check-up. The receptionist assured us it would be covered.
