We’ve been patients at this office for a while, and while the staff and dentists have always been pleasant, the wait times are consistently frustrating. Every single appointment—for myself, my husband, and even my daughter’s very first visit—we’ve waited around 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time before being called in. Running behind occasionally is understandable, but when it’s every visit, it becomes disrespectful of patients’ time. “I waited for over a week and traveled for nothing. It was only a waste of time. Please stay away ☹️🥺 She scheduled two additional hygiene appointments and now charged me $144 for a 20-minute cleaning on one side of my jaw.
My 1st visit in...too long... Staff we welcoming, made me feel comfortable. Explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions appropriately. Excited for my next appointment!
Very comfortable the minute I walked in. Had a tooth extraction with such ease. The Dr was great! The girls were so gracious 😀
Daughter had an orthopedic wire come off, and after 3 other dentists wouldn't take her, they did! Score 1 for Altima, thank you!
