Honestly an awesome dentist. Dr. Moustafa is very quick yet thorough with his work. He’s got a sense of humour too, which always eases tension. He takes his time when freezing you, and always makes sure you are comfortable and fully numb once he starts working on your teeth I’ve had many different services at Altima. My 3 year old had her first appointment this morning at Altima Parkedale Dental. I can’t express how easy breezy the entire process was for her. It’s not even 11am and she’s already asking to go back to the dentist to “see the girls”. What a win! They’ve also been amazing with my own personal care in the past. Truly an amazing group of people.
Had a great cleaning but more than that, I ended up not feeling well during my visit and Mary , the Dr and reception all were so kind to ensure I didn't drive and got home safe. Even called me back later in the day to see how I was. Such a caring team. Love you all.
Staff at Altima Parkdale Dental is always friendly, professional and up-beat. You are greeted by name and even those staff who you aren't there to see (ie: hygienist vice dentist) inquire after you both for professional reasons and personally and it always feels genuine. Better yet if you are there for a quick follow-up or inquiry, at times the bill is $0 making it a true pleasure. Won't say that I love going to the dentist, cause that's crazy, but I always enjoy seeing the staff. Highly recommended.
This dentist became visibly angry and upset with his assistant when she kindly made him aware that "The patient might not be able to afford all of this in one sitting we should ask first and see what she can afford to have done today." Then when I told them I was on OW at the time he became irritated and began aggressively forcing my molar out while hiking his foot up on the table next to my face.
