I had an excellent experience during my recent dental cleaning appointment. The hygienist was thorough, gentle, and very professional, taking the time to explain what she was doing and offering helpful tips for maintaining good oral health. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and ran right on schedule. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable visit, and I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. I would highly recommend their team.
Laurie-Anne was wonderful! She was kind, gentle, professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. She relieved all of my anxiety.
A 5 isn't even close. Every person in this practice is phenomenal. They are sincere, friendly, and above all else extremely skilled. My anxiety doesn't make me a very easy patient but they were able to proceed efficiently despite it, which I greatly appreciated. I took great comfort that they recognized the anxiety, understood it, and gave me options for if it got too bad. I did not feel like a pain in the neck, or a baby as I often do. Had a great cleaning but more than that, I ended up not feeling well during my visit and Mary , the Dr and reception all were so kind to ensure I didn't drive and got home safe. Even called me back later in the day to see how I was. Such a caring team. Love you all.
