I can't thank enough the staff of Altima Dental Promenade. The people are so amazing. From the people at the front (Edele, Alaine, Hanei) and their entire dental staff, they took care of everyone, including my wife. Their part-time staff like Jay and Betty were amazing too. When my 4-year-old daughter had a dental accident and almost lost her front baby tooth, I was extremely worried. I was able to book an emergency appointment on a Sunday night for Monday morning through their website, and the process was incredibly easy and convenient. It was my first time coming here today, and my hygienist ( forgot her name) did a very good job cleaning my teeth and she also explains everything throughout the process. Staff are very friendly too. Overall it was a good experience. Definitely coming back!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Farhi for years, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s always honest, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about what’s best for your teeth. He’s also very gentle, which makes every visit much easier. I trust him so much that if he ever moved to another clinic, I’d happily become his patient there too.
