Our overall experience was really good. Dr. Sara is an outstanding pediatric dentist with awesome skills and experience. She handled my child beautifully — something many dentists in the GTA Toronto area couldn’t do. Big thanks to the lovely receptionist Haania as well! Highly recommend.
We had a great experience with Dr. Parvaneh today. She was very professional, patient, and thorough during the examination. She explained everything clearly and in a very reassuring way. Her manner with children is excellent — very calm, kind, and caring. You can truly tell she is knowledgeable and gives honest, thoughtful recommendations. I highly recommend her.
This was my first experience at this clinic, and I felt very positive about the warm behavior of the staff. I’m also very grateful to Dr. Niaz Farrahi, who explained everything clearly and gave me full confidence about my treatment. And I must add that Marjan, the hygienist, did an excellent and patient job as well..
I had a traumatic experience with Dr. Parastoo Golrokh at this clinic. As a newcomer referred via Healthy Smiles Ontario, I was subjected to verbal abuse and harassment. Dr. Golrokh insulted me in Persian, calling me "dumb" simply for asking about pain medication. Despite my daughter having facial swelling, she refused to hand over the prescription she had already printed, questioning my competence as a mother and advicing me to go to a hospital emergency right now in a derogatory language and expression. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I was very impressed with the hygienist - she was gracious, thorough and very professional - remarkably smooth and painless. Highly recommended!
