Knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff. I came for examination plus wisdom tooth removal, in and out within just an hour.
Everyone is so friendly and caring. I really appreciate the sunglasses provided and they have no problem with me using my noise canceling AirPods to help me with the sensory overload. I’ve had so many traumatic dental experiences at other places but I find these dentists are amazing at minimizing the uncomfortable situation of dental work and being so considerate of past trauma. I’m no longer terrified of dental appointments and I’m always so pleased with the work they’ve done.
Best of the best treatment and impeccable customer service! Staff here are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I actually loathe going to the dentist (like most people, it's definitely not my favourite thing to do) but I am so glad I chose Altima Scotia Plaza; the experience was always painless and enjoyable! Specifically, I saw Dr. Mark Rykiss for orthodontic treatment to fix a slight crowding issue with my upper teeth. I’ve been going to this dentist since I came to Canada in 2012. I have been loyal and truly appreciate the service from my hygienist, Farazana. I would highly recommend going to Altima Scotia Plaza and asking for her—you will receive the best service and treatment. The only issue I have with Altima is that the peak attitude at the reception is no longer there. The front desk has lost its vibe; there isn’t the same energy anymore.
