Would give this place 0. Had multiple bad experiences but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, poorly trained assistants who have no concept of empathy or consideration for the patient. Lack or attentiveness. Second, saw another dentist once as I needed an urgent appointment and she refuted the care plan my original dentist had put in place but recommended i get some cosmetic enhancements to my teeth so i did and a month later it was chipped again and i can feel it. I had a great experience with every one from the receptionist (Veronica, Manish & Amanda) Also with: 1). Kathy my highest, professional and knowledgeable. 2) Dr. Jasleen Kaur , she is brilliant, Knowledgeable, and very passionate in profession. I’m very satisfied I”ll recommend Altima Dental to my family and friends.
A big thank-you to the Altima Dental team, Yonge St for taking such great care of me during my four wisdom tooth extractions. From the warm and helpful front desk staff, especially Manish, to Dr. Kaur and surgeon Dr. Zamiri, everyone made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Jasleen Kaur is an amazing dentist . I am a patient of hers and I can honestly say that she is the best Dentist I’ve ever had . . Everyone in that office is so friendly The gentlemen at front desk are super cool . Thank you Dr Kaur and assistants for being so friendly . May was absolutely wonderful. I had my first ever dental cleaning in Canada, and it couldn’t have gone better. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but she was super kind, calm, and explained everything clearly. The whole appointment was relaxed and comfortable, and by the end of it, my teeth felt incredibly clean like brand new. I’m really glad I had my first experience with May. Definitely recommend her if you’re new to dental care or just looking for someone who makes it easy.
