This place is tiny and dingy. The "rooms" that you go to for cleaning is just one room separated by 4 ft. walls. No music, no TV, just starring up at the ceiling and listening to everyone else getting their procedures done. The waiting room is also depressing (which becomes an issue when you have to wait half an hour for your turn because they are running over on the previous appointments). I had a great experience at the clinic and truly appreciate the entire team. Manager Shail was very helpful in booking my appointment and explained everything clearly and patiently. Parth from the admin team ensured continuous follow-up and smooth communication throughout. Katy did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning — she was gentle and thorough. Dr. Kaur provided valuable guidance and addressed all my concerns professionally. Highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding care and service in my last visit !
I had an appointment with the Hygienist Hyunwook today and was really impressed with the care I received. He was very thorough throughout the treatment and took the time to patiently listen to my concerns. I appreciated the clear guidance and helpful advice he provided.
