I had a great experience at the clinic and truly appreciate the entire team. Manager Shail was very helpful in booking my appointment and explained everything clearly and patiently. Parth from the admin team ensured continuous follow-up and smooth communication throughout. Katy did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning — she was gentle and thorough. Dr. Kaur provided valuable guidance and addressed all my concerns professionally. Highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding care and service in my last visit !

Malik, the dental hygienist, was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Would give this place 0. Had multiple bad experiences but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, poorly trained assistants who have no concept of empathy or consideration for the patient. Lack or attentiveness. Second, saw another dentist once as I needed an urgent appointment and she refuted the care plan my original dentist had put in place but recommended i get some cosmetic enhancements to my teeth so i did and a month later it was chipped again and i can feel it. I had an appointment with the Hygienist Hyunwook today and was really impressed with the care I received. He was very thorough throughout the treatment and took the time to patiently listen to my concerns. I appreciated the clear guidance and helpful advice he provided. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend him!
