My stay was fine but not outstanding. Nurses need better training in equipment and attitude. When you are hungry my best advice is to have someone bring it from somewhere else! Darrell, Amy, Lexi were very good therapists. There is room for improvement and I wish them well.i went to Encompass for physical therapy and got 45 minutes a day when I was told I would have three hours a day for therapy. My elderly father was here for 8 days and it was a miserable experience. His room was freezing. They forgot his meals multiple times. One time when he was asking for his missing meal the male nurse started yelling at him. We were promised he would have access to 3 hours of therapy a day in a room set up with stairs and other items he needed to regain his mobility. He was only brought out of his room twice. This turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. This place with the nurses and techs and therapists and Drs. Ended up helping me open up and be willing to accept help in a hard time. Everyone was friendly and super helpful and it just made the whole experience into a good one. I would highly recommend them and their staff to anyone needing in patient therapy.

The meals were always clod ot on time hardly ever what I ordered the order procedure was never explained and the quanities of food received was terrible when asked say order again nures were hard to understand stand and the. When there was more than one they would use there language which I think is rude and not professional.

Never was told therapy was a REQUIREMENT TO DO before I got here, then found out you HAVE to do 3 hours of therapy a day for your insurance to go through, Was told I could go here for 5 days but was lied to, Woman lied to me just to get me here.
