I recently toured Altura Villas while helping my mom look for a comfortable and welcoming 55+ community, and I was genuinely impressed. The property is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, which immediately stood out to us. Yvonne, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. We toured Altura Villas for my parents and loved how clean and inviting the community felt. Yvonne was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and easy. Definitely a great option for seniors!
The Altura Villas Senior Apartments are beautiful with all new modern upgrades, including a washer dryer,all new appliances and a walk in shower to make Senior Living easier. They are very well maintained . The courtyards make for a beautiful private area. I feel safe living here.
I toured Altura Villas on my own while starting to look into my next place, and I had a really great experience. Yvonne was friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely keeping this one high on my list!
